3. Member Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the information you choose to share in the members-only area.
By sharing your details (e.g., address, personal stories), you consent to other members accessing and using that information only for community-related purposes.
Never share another member’s information without their explicit consent.

3.2 Reporting Violations
If you witness or experience any of the following, report it immediately to hello@soulsisterspr.com:

Harassment, abuse, or disrespectful behavior.
Unauthorized sharing or misuse of member data.
Suspicious activity (e.g., fake profiles, scraping attempts).

We will investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action, including removing violators from the community.

4. User-Generated Content
Soul Sisters PR is an interactive platform that allows members to post, share, and exchange content, including messages, stories, images, and other materials. Member content is created and posted by members, not by Soul Sisters PR, and reflects the views and opinions of the individual member who posted it, not the views of Soul Sisters PR.
Soul Sisters PR does not review, verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or reliability of any member-posted content before it is posted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Sisters PR shall not be treated as the publisher or speaker of any member content provided by another member, and we disclaim all liability arising from member content, including but not limited to claims of defamation, harassment, invasion of privacy, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
While Soul Sisters PR is not obligated to monitor member content, we reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove, edit, or restrict access to any member content, and to suspend or terminate the account of any member, at our sole discretion and without notice, if we believe the content violates these Terms of Use, applicable law, or the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property and Copyright Infringement
Soul Sisters PR respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects members to do the same. If you believe that member content posted on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our designated agent containing the following:

(a) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
(b) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
(c) Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it on the platform;

A member who believes their content was removed in error may submit a counter-notification consistent with applicable copyright law. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of members who are repeat infringers.

All content shared by members (e.g., posts, messages, images) remains the intellectual property of the original creator.
You retain ownership of your contributions but grant Soul Sisters PR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the community.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute another member’s content without their permission.

Soul Sisters PR is not responsible for any interactions, transactions, or disputes that occur off-platform between members.
We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any information shared by members.
You use our services at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or interactions with other members.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Soul Sisters PR, its administrators, and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected to:

Any harm caused to other members or third parties as a result of your actions or omissions.
